1. Roaming 1st Line (P1-2)
Candidate should understand international roaming. Detailed skill requirements and weightages
Deep knowledge of GSM
Deep knowledge of Roaming . This includes concepts like Location Update, SAI, SMS (MAP protocol)
Understanding of Packet core network
Understanding of LTE
2. Unified Communications 1st Line(2)
Candidate should have experience on following Cisco systems
Cisco Call Manager
Cisco Unity
Cisco Presence Server
Very deep knowledge on SIP and IP Telephony, SBC (ACME)
Knowledge on IMS 20%
3. Consumer 1st Line (1)
This is for supporting their end customer systems like MessagePlus (similar to Whatsapp).
Candidate should have following experience
Deep knowledge on IMS
Deep knowledge on SIP, SBCs (ACME)
Knowledge on Load Balancers Cisco F5 (ASA)
