Position: Front Office Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls and maintaining records.
Handling incoming - outgoing posts, couriers, invoices, etc. and maintaining inward/outward register.
Coordinating with HR & training team for the new hiring batches.
Coordinating with premises security for regular maintenance, parking issues, entrance gate issues, preparing gate pass.
Issuing of access cards & ID card.
Attending daily visitors like vendors, candidates, etc. and communicating / coordinating with the concerned employees from HR/Admin/Finance.
Managing material delivery and maintaining records for Stationary, housekeeping, pantry, etc.
Facility management:
Monitoring and assisting Office assistants in day to day activities.
Ensuring regular maintenance and setup of conference and meeting rooms for meetings.
Monitoring office assistants and housekeepers for regular cleaning/dusting of office & washrooms.
Monitoring & coordination with food vendor, receive feedback on food quality & take action accordingly.
Hotel, food & Travel arrangement:
Hotel & Cab booking for employees for Official Tours.
Hotel booking for quarterly mangers meeting, trainings; coordination with Hotel for all logistics.
Lunch arrangement for employees working on Saturday(weekly off), Dinner, cab arrangement for employees staying in the office after 9.00 pm
Food arrangements for quarterly team lunch/dinner.
Record Keeping:
Record keeping of all Monthly bills
Fill up the attendance register
Stock of stationary & Housekeeping material
Vendor list
Employee Connect
Being available for employees admin/HR needs
Being responsive and prompt on the feedback or answers for queries of employees
Event Management :
Organizing conferences and seminars for Company Day, Town Hall Meetings, Quarterly Meetings, etc. Excellence in organizational skills and effective communication and coordination.
Providing administrative support for all cultural and monthly events.

office Executive in our organization for Pune Location. You can Walkin
for the Interview on Friday ie 9th October and Monday i.e 12th October,
2015 Between 11am-5pm.
Here below are details:-
* Education: Any Graduate.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the Admin function with minimum 1 year in handling front desk.
* Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
