Multi-channel retail experience
Proficiency with computers specially MS excel and web based tools
Basic knowledge of web analytics and optimising online content preferred
Dynamic and data driven, results-oriented, with positive attitude
Supporting the day to day online web trading.
Maintaining and enhancing home page, landing pages and key promotions
Coordinate & support content changes.
Coordinate & support product/range launches
Browse your category ensuring product & category page content & navigation is optimised
Monitor customer reviews and feedback & liaise with the relevant teams for resolution
Coordinate and support promotional activity
